Wolfdogs love to play they are very energetic and make lots of contact while playing, young wolfdog pups greet you by mouthing you this can be very painful and often leaves you with pin holes in your hands and arms, hence I call young wolfdogs {baby crocs} a lot of wolfdog owners will teach there wolfdog pups not to mouth, I teach them not to apply so much pressure so they can still greet you the way they want to but they do not break the skin. I do not like to train wolfdogs in anyway that may affect the charicter of the dog they greet with mouthing and play very rough you may hear people saying never excite a wolfdog this is true to a certain extent as they do play hard but if you are prepared with thick clothing on then they enjoy a ruff and tumble with you, you will also hear things like you must be the Alpha always keep on top of your wolfdog, these are coments from people who think its matcho to own a wolfdog or people who have never seen one, complete nonsense if you bring your wolfdog up correctly it will be part of your family and your best friend. It is true they are not your normal run of the mill mutt but if you learn about the breed first then you will get knowledge from people who have lived with wolfdogs and life will be so much easier for you and training will be more fun for you and your wolfdog. I highly recommend you learn about wolfdogs before buying one, I do not sell wolfdogs unless you visit and see the dogs, you will have hands on experience and learn about the charicter of the dogs, training, welfare, feeding, excercise, and the thing to do and not to do.
